Elite Motorsport was established by Eddie Ives at the end of 2011 with the aim of designing, developing and manufacturing our purpose built race cars from their workshop base in Norfolk.
The aim is to bring professionalism, passion and dedication to everything we take part of.
Elite Motorsport purchased their first Ginetta G40 in the closing stages of 2014 after a very successful year with our Elite Pulse race car.
From 2015 onwards the business has turned into a fully focused Ginetta Junior outfit and have established themselves as a front running team over the past 5 years.
Over the five seasons, the team has developed from winning the Rookie Championship and Winter Series with Harry King, to taking the overall Driver’s Championship title with Tom Gamble 2017, Adam Smalley 2018, James Hedley in 2019 and Tom Lebbon in 2020.
2018 was a successful season, as they took the Ginetta Junior Championship title with Adam Smalley and right behind him was team mate Louis Foster (P2 Overall & P1 Rookie champion) before doubling up on Ginetta Junior Championship titles when James Hedley won the end of season Ginetta Junior Winter Series Championship at Brands Hatch.
2019 saw a even more successful year with James Hedley winning Ginetta Juniors with further poles from team mates Tom Emson and James Taylor.
2020 was another record breaking season with Tom Lebbon being the first person to win the overall Ginetta Junior championship in his rookie season.
Elite Motorsport still have various drives available in their expertly prepared Ginetta G40 Junior cars, in preparation for the 2021 Ginetta Junior Championship and 2021 Ginetta Junior Winter Series - as well as options for Track Hire and Testing.

2021 will see a fourth year in Ginetta G55 Supercup in the Pro Class.
Harry King finished third in the standings in 2018 but lead Elite to the championship title in 2019. The team's intention is to carry drivers from Ginetta Juniors up the ladder as they aspire to become future Touring Car and GT Racing Drivers.
The benefits of the championship running at the same meetings as the Ginetta Junior Championship mean the team is always fully on hand to provide their 'Elite' service to the new category - of which they aim to replicate their recent success seen in the Ginetta Junior Championship.

Elite Motorsport are specialists in the preparation and setup of Ginetta G40 and Ginetta G55 Racing cars. We are passionate about our work in motorsport and provide customers with the best possible service and care to ensure their racing car arrives at each race meeting or test day maintained and prepared to the highest level.
The team are able to provide track side support at various circuits across the country. The team can provide a range of tools, spares and tyres in order to assist drivers in their development and providing them with the best possible equipment in order to hone these skills.

Elite Motorsport can provide drivers one-2-one coaching and tuition at dedicated test days and race meetings.
Chris Hodgetts, a former BTCC Champion and his son Stefan Hodgetts are heavily involved with the driver development at Elite Motorsport and provides all drivers with the best possible advice and techniques to hone their driving skills, reduce their lap-times and fight for victories and championships.
Elite Motorsport are able to offer complete track day hire at certain circuits during the year in order to provide current team drivers and aspiring drivers the perfect environment to get laps under their belt and develop their driving skills.
Track Day Hire can be arranged for specific dates, alongside dates which are pre-booked for such events that include pre-season testing, summer testing and more.

Elite Motorsport have various drives available in their newly prepared range of Ginetta G40 Juniors for the Ginetta Junior Championship and testing, as well as in the GT4 Supercup and GT5 Challenge.
We are able to tailor a package that fits your requirements, whether it is a full season campaign in a Championship plus testing, or just completing a testing programme through the year - we can cater for a range of options!
Complete arrive & drive packages are also available. This packages include full team support, race entries, tyres, fuel & consumables.
We ensure there is everything on hand that you could possibly need to go racing and or testing, in order to compete and prepare at the highest level.

Additionally, Elite Motorsport is a supporter of the Ginetta Scholarship that runs at the end of every calendar year.
We are able to provide drivers with pre-scholarship Ginetta Junior testing available at Bruntingthorpe and Blyton Park, in order for new drivers to familiarise themselves with the machinery before heading into the coveted scholarship.
