Lewis Galer 16, signs for Elite Motorsport as the team venture into JCW Mini Challenge 2020. 2019 was Lewis’s rookie year in car racing where he recorded his best finish of 11th in the JCW Mini’s at Brands Hatch.
Elite Motorsport have been Ginetta Junior Champions for the past 3 seasons & Ginetta Supercup Champions in 2019, making them one of the most successful teams in the TOCA Support paddock.
Lewis said “ I am pleased and excited to announce that i will be driving for Elite Motorsport in 2020. We both have the same vision and goals. I think its crucial to have the right people around me to be as successful as possible. Elite have won championships in almost everything they’ve entered and i feel we can carry this into Mini Challenge. After competing in my first year in the Minis with a minimal amount of karting experience, I used the 2019 season as a huge learning curve, this year i am focusing on progressing as far up the grid as possible. Eddie Ives, Team Owner “We have been working on entering JCW Mini Challenge for the best part of a year now so I’m extremely pleased to finally be announcing it. We worked with Lewis back in 2017, so we are well aware of his natural talent, he’s also a local lad to us so I’m excited to have him onboard for the season. I think Mini’s is an excellent addition to the fantastic TOCA Support and we look forward to being part of it for many years to come."
